Information on the processing of personal data
Pursuant to Art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 (Italian Privacy Code)
Dear Customer,
We wish to inform you that the processing of personal data belonging to you and your family, as reported in the “guest registration form”, will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness, and transparency, safeguarding your privacy and your rights.
This processing will also be carried out with the aid of computerized means for the following purposes:
- to comply with the obligation provided for by Article 109 of Royal Decree 18.6.1931 n. 773, which requires us to register and communicate the personal details of accommodated guests to the local public safety authority;
- to comply with current accounting and tax obligations;
- to carry out the service of receiving messages and phone calls addressed to you or your family;
- to send periodic documentation to your home address regarding updates on our rates and offers.
We would also like to inform you that providing your personal details and those of your family is mandatory, and any refusal to provide them will make it impossible for us to send you information or respond to your requests.
However, you may object to the processing carried out for the purposes stated in points 3 and 4 simply by contacting our staff.
