Protection of personal data policy

You are kindly requested to read the following communication regarding processing of personal data under article 13 Law 196/03.

Dear Client,

we want inform You, under the law 196/03, “Subject code on personal data protection“, that the processing of personal data of You and your Family, collected in “Declaration Agreement of individuals’ data”, is carried out with full respect to basic liberty and to personal dignity rights, with special reference to Privacy and Personal identity.

1. meeting an obligation under the law 109/1931 n. 773, handling data and reserving the right to communicate it to Judicial authorities
2. meeting account and fiscal obligations in force;
3. the logic applied in case of processing data with electronic aid;
4. sending at your residence periodical documentation about our adjournment of rates and offers.

We want inform You that the providing personal data and agreeing to its processing is necessary, failure to provide personal data will prevent Car Hire Mario Balestrieri to fulfil their contractual obligations.
